Oppdatering 04.11.05:
"Sell-out procedure for AgfaPhoto Consumables and Equipment:
Due to the current situation not having an investor established to take over the complete business and due to the current cash situation of AgfaPhoto GmbH we have to change to a sell-out process. As you have been informed the supply chain is now running out of products and therefore we have to check all orders if they can be fulfilled by AgfaPhoto GmbH before we confirm an order.
Thus from now on GmbH will only be able to deliver goods if either paid upfront or by LC at sight. This affects AgfaPhoto sales organisations as well as direct customers.
In order to achieve an optimised sell-out the following procedures will be established:
* a sell-out core team located in Leverkusen will steer the process
* all existing orders will be cancelled (if not pre-paid or secured by LC)
* new orders will have to be paid for in advance or by LC, no exceptions
* pre-payments will be directed to a trusteeship account of our receiver and thus be secured
* commission of the sales organizations will be paid by AgfaPhoto GmbH directly to the CIs
* orders will be confirmed only after check of product availability
* finishing of film and paper products is scheduled until December
* articles may run out of stock without prior notice
Names and contact information for order entry as well as a new assortment list will be communicated within short time.
